I spent several days in Panamá City at the end of my seven weeks in Central America. Panamá city is a modern city, with an incredibly interesting history and old quarter. Included in my time was a day in El Chorrillo, the darker side of the city, where I was able to meet many amazing locals! Panamá is so much more than the canal, and I look forward to exploring more of this amazing country!
